Brazilian Oak Scarlet, also known as Tauri, has a color similar to North American White and Red Oak but is 30% tougher and more naturally stable. It has a lovely graining pattern and ranges in color from pale to tan to medium brown. Tauri is tougher, more solid, and highly resistant to decay and rot than domestic Oak and has the famous “Wheat” color.
